Your responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring new clients, providing expert advice on insurance products, assisting clients in creating and managing their investment portfolios, building and maintaining strong client relationships, staying updated with industry trends and market developments to enhance sales strategies, as well as collaborating with the team to achieve business goals and contribute to overall business growth. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, proven experience in the insurance industry with a minimum of 2-3 years domain experience, strong knowledge of mutual funds and investment products, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze market trends and make informed recommendations, client-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships, and proficiency in using financial software and online platforms.
