The WITTMANN Group, a global leader in the production of injection molding machines, robots, and peripheral equipment for the plastics processing industry, is seeking a Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) - Sales to join their team in Gurgaon on a full-time basis. As a GET - Sales, you will play a crucial role in daily sales activities, engaging with customers, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include conducting product presentations, supporting sales management, and participating in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the company's offerings and market strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with a keen interest in sales and sales management. The ability to actively participate in training programs and product presentations is essential. You should also have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively connect with customers and team members. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. While prior knowledge of the plastics processing industry is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
