Sales - Unsecured Loans

As a candidate for the position in Jabalpur, your role will involve achieving business targets and financial goals for Loyalty Personal Loans and other assigned products. You will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Executives and Channel Associates and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, TW dealerships, credit teams, operation teams, and product teams. Your coordination will be crucial for lead sourcing, process improvement, disbursements, customer approvals, and discrepancy resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve Business Targets & financials for Loyalty Personal Loans and assigned products - Manage a team of Sales Executives and Channel Associates - Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and TW dealerships - Coordinate with Credit Teams, Operation Teams, and Product Teams - Uphold Basic Standard Operating Processes (SOP), policies & Hygiene - Control FEMI, SEMI, and TEMI of each loan to manage delinquency - Keep Non-performing Loans and Post Disbursal Documents pendency under control - Ensure TAT & Accuracy for improved customer experience - Ensure all cases are First Time Right - Educate customers to prevent EMI bounces - Address customer grievances and issues related to loan disbursal Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of relevant experience - Full-time availability In addition to the responsibilities outlined, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of loan processes, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.,
