Sales Training Specialist

Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Trainer at CA Exam Test Series, your primary responsibility will be to design, deliver, and assess sales training programs aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, and performance of our sales team. You will conduct engaging training sessions, create impactful training materials, evaluate the effectiveness of the training, and provide constructive feedback to the sales personnel. Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership and sales teams to identify training needs and implement strategies to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and delivering sales training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team - Conducting engaging training sessions to improve the knowledge and performance of sales personnel - Creating effective training materials that are tailored to the needs of the sales team - Evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs and providing feedback for continuous improvement - Collaborating with leadership and sales teams to identify training needs and develop strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Strong presentation skills and expertise in delivering impactful sales trainings - Experience in training and development with a focus on skill enhancement - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with teams - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices to enhance client relationships and satisfaction - Proven experience in similar roles; prior exposure to sales methodologies will be an advantage - Proficiency in using training tools, techniques, and technologies to design interactive sessions - Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales training are a plus,
