Sales Training Specialist

As a Field Force Capability Development professional with 5-7 years of experience in the FMCG industry, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement. - Designing training curricula within time and budget constraints. - Conducting Online/Classroom training programs/OJT. - Coordinating individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses. - Preparing the Annual training calendar. - Monitoring sales objectives and results of the assigned teams for the states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Desired Skills for this role include: - Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role. - Experience in a sales position is a plus. - Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning. - Sales professionals with experience of imparting sales training to their teams keen to switch to a career in sales training are also ideal. - Knowledge of Tamil and Malayalam languages is necessary for this role. - Candidates from the FMCG industry only will be suitable for this role.
