Sales Training Specialist

Job Description: You are in the business of finding people happiness and consequently somebody who is jovial, mature, results-oriented, and cares deeply for the customers will be able to succeed in the role of Process Trainer at People Interactive (I) Pvt. Ltd. located in Kolkata Hub under the Training & Process Improvement department of Shaadi.com, a part of the Market Development (Sales) group. Responsibilities: - Design and maintain various training manuals and workbooks, with a focus on keeping content up to date. - Compile and submit monthly reports on training activities and needs promptly. - Assist in delivering formal induction and process training for new hires. - Provide effective training sessions for agents & middle-level employees to enhance productivity. - Coach team members on soft skills & processes. - Organize activities to reinforce the learning process. - Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources, providing coaching, conducting training sessions, and developing outcome improvement resources. - Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available, and integrating support with routine job functions. - Conduct periodic tests for new staff to evaluate performance and recommend improvements based on the evaluation. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree. - 2 years of experience in developing sales training, Microsoft PowerPoint, and training management skills, including experience in tele-marketing. - 1 year of experience as a Trainer in a domestic call center with a team of over 20 trainees. - Fluency with general desktop productivity software. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong people interaction skills. - Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer, etc. to be avoided). - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Creative out-of-the-box thinker.
