Sales Training Faculty

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and engaging sales training sessions to students.
• Develop, update, and maintain sales training modules, materials, and assessments.
• Train students on:
• Prospecting and lead generation
• Effective communication and presentation
• Objection handling and negotiation
• Closing techniques and relationship building
• Conduct role-plays, simulations, and mock sales activities to enhance practical skills.
• Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and guide improvement areas.
• Share real-life sales case studies and experiences to build practical understanding.
• Foster confidence, resilience, and a positive sales mindset among students.
• Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training with placement requirements.
• Stay updated with current sales trends, tools, and industry practices for relevant training delivery.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training workshops, and institutional activities as required.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum

  2-5 years of practical experience in sales or business development

• Prior teaching or training experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and a student-first approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, presentation tools, and basic digital platforms.
