Sales Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a sales expert with a proven track record in training and development, capable of inspiring and motivating individuals to achieve their full potential. This role is critical to our continued growth and success, ensuring our sales professionals are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to excel.

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to new hires (onboarding) and existing sales professionals through various formats (e.g., in-person workshops, virtual sessions, one-on-one coaching).
• Facilitate role-playing, simulations, and practical exercises to reinforce learning and provide real-world application.
• Adapt training delivery and content to suit diverse learning styles and experience levels.
• Provide individualized coaching and feedback to sales team members to identify areas for improvement and reinforce learned behaviors.
• Conduct regular call reviews, shadow sales calls/meetings, and analyze performance metrics to offer targeted guidance.
• Work closely with sales managers to align training with team goals and address specific performance gaps.
