Job Description

The job involves designing and developing training modules and materials specifically tailored to the automobile industry. You will be responsible for conducting regular training sessions for both new and existing sales staff. It will be your duty to ensure that the sales team is thoroughly knowledgeable about the features, benefits, and technical specifications of all vehicle models. Moreover, you will be required to provide updates on new vehicle launches, technologies, and industry trends to keep the team informed. In addition, you will play a crucial role in training the sales team on effective sales strategies, negotiation skills, and closing techniques. It will be your responsibility to impart best practices for handling customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner. Keeping accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and performance metrics is also an essential part of this role. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund and performance bonuses. The work schedule is during the day shift and the work location is in person.,
