Sales Trainer

You are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Trainer with a minimum of 2 years experience in sales or sales training. As a Sales Trainer at Hoora, your role will involve training and upskilling sales teams, creating effective sales training content, and closely monitoring performance improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct onboarding training for new sales team members - Organize regular skill-enhancement sessions for existing sales team - Conduct product, process & communication-based training - Develop and update sales scripts, sales SOPs, objection-handling guides, pitch decks, and call flows - Build structured training modules (manuals, video modules, assessments, PPTs) - Monitor sales performance post-training - Conduct coaching sessions based on performance insights - Support underperformers through improvement programs - Train sales team on communication, pitching, CRM usage & negotiation - Ensure improved lead conversion and reduced lead wastage - Collect feedback and refine training processes - Maintain training logs and submit monthly training performance reports **Key Skills Required:** - Strong communication & presentation skills - In-depth knowledge of sales processes & CRM usage - Ability to create training material & SOPs - Monitoring & performance-coaching skills - Understanding of objection handling and sales psychology **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in telesales / inside sales training preferred - Familiarity with CRM & sales automation tools This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy mentoring teams, improving sales culture, and driving performance excellence.
