Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales team members.

● Develop and deliver training modules focused on:○ Sales techniques○ Customer handling○ Negotiation skills○ Soft skills (communication, time management, team coordination, etc.)

● Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments andfeedback.

● Support team leads with performance improvement strategies.

● Update training content as per changing product offerings or market trends.

Requirements:

● 2–3 years of proven experience in a sales role (field or inside sales).● Strong communication and presentation skills.

● Passion for coaching and team development.

● Basic knowledge of training methods and adult learning principles.

● Graduate in any discipline (training certification preferred but not mandatory).
