We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team in Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong background in customer handling and business development.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including health workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Conduct meetings with stakeholders to increase business revenue and identify training needs.
Collaborate with the company, DHS/NHM, and state corporation to schedule and conduct meetings.
Provide end-to-end training solutions on products, processes, soft skills, and behavioral training.
Handle and develop business for PAN state in the institutional and government sector.
Travel across the state throughout the year to provide trainings and relocate to different locations quarterly.
