We specialize in curating exclusive holiday villas across India and Southeast Asia, including destinations like Goa, Alibaug, Lonavala, Karjat, Mahabaleshwar, Mussoorie, Bali, Phuket, and more. With over 10,000 satisfied guests and a handpicked collection of 1,000+ villas, we focus on delivering seamless, personalized, and memorable vacation experiences.

We also operate another brand, Ukiyo Solutions, a hospitality-tech and marketing solutions company that supports Stay Ukiyo and other travel-focused ventures. Ukiyo Solutions enables growth through technology, creative strategy, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

? Identify and reach out to prospective clients including villa owners and corporate groups

? Generate and convert leads via outbound calls, emails, and networking

? Maintain and update CRM with lead status and follow-ups

Villa Onboarding & Relationship Management

? Coordinate with villa owners for onboarding and documentation

? Maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction

? Gather property details, pricing, images, and terms for listings

Sales Pitch & Closing

? Conduct sales calls and virtual/in-person meetings to present Stay Ukiyo's offerings

? Negotiate terms and close high-value partnerships and villa listings

? Represent the brand in a professional, value-driven manner

Collaboration with Internal Teams

? Work closely with guest relations, content, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding

? Ensure listings are optimized and partners are supported post-signing

Reporting & Documentation

? Maintain sales trackers, contracts, and deal logs

Qualifications and Skills:

? Graduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field

Skills and Competencies

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

? Strong problem-solving ability with a results-driven mindset

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

? Passion for luxury travel, hospitality, and client interaction is a plus
