Sales Trainee

As an intern, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve learning to identify and qualify potential leads with the guidance of experienced mentors. You will be conducting market research to build a strong sales pipeline and developing effective communication and presentation skills to engage with potential clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting product demos, addressing client queries, negotiating deals, overcoming objections, and closing sales to achieve targets. Building strong relationships with clients and fostering long-term partnerships will be a key aspect of your role. You will also need to utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics. It is essential to stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through regular training and development programs. To be successful in this role, you should hold a recent Bachelor's degree in any field and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Showing enthusiasm for sales, a desire to learn, and being self-motivated and results-oriented are qualities that are highly valued. Basic knowledge of Google Suite is also required.
