Sales Trainee

Role Overview: As a Sales Trainee at MUSK PERFUMES INDIA(P) Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers at the retail store. You will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the shopping process, starting from the initial greeting to the final purchase. By offering insights and support, you will contribute to strengthening customer relationships and turning new patrons into loyal repeat shoppers. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure high levels of consumer satisfaction by providing superior sales service - Assess customers" needs and offer information and assistance on product services and features - Drive sales through comprehensive product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm - Maintain the presentable and in-stock condition of assigned store sections - Actively approach and assist consumers shopping in-store - Discuss products and available alternatives, including creative financing options - Cross-sell merchandise and services to enhance customer experience - Collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper customer service - Build trust relationships with customers through engaging conversations and honest recommendations - Attend and actively participate in sales meetings - Assist in physical inventory counts and monitor loss prevention activities - Greet customers upon their arrival and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience - Process sales transactions and coordinate delivery or pick-up of customers" orders Qualifications Required: - Passion for engaging customers and resolving concerns - Strong customer service skills and the ability to establish rapport with customers - Willingness to learn and grow in a retail sales environment Please note that this job offers full-time, part-time, and fresher opportunities with a day shift schedule.
