What You’ll Do (During Training):

• Understand the basics of B2B sales and client outreach
• Research and identify potential clients and industry segments
• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches
• Shadow experienced team members in live meetings and calls
• Learn about CRM tools, sales funnels, and outreach strategies
• Receive hands-on training in prospecting, qualifying leads, and pitching

Who You Are:

• A woman with 3 months to 1 year of experience, passionate about building a career in B2B sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn
• Comfortable with digital tools and professional communication
• Based in Chennai or open to relocation

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Alwarpet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
