Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Trainees who are ready to build their career in field sales. The ideal candidate should be energetic, willing to travel extensively, and eager to learn sales skills in a real market environment. This role involves visiting distributors, retailers, and market areas to promote brand visibility and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market visits to meet retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Promote company products and ensure strong brand visibility in the market.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product suggestions.
• Collect market feedback, competitor activity, and sales insights.
• Maintain daily reporting of market visits, sales calls, and activities.
• Support marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (touring job).
• Positive attitude, learning mindset, and passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (B.A. or any equivalent stream).
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Must be open to continuous travel across assigned regions
