Sales Trainee

Duration: 1-month trainee period, extendable to a 6-month internship based on performance and upon successful completion, you’ll have the opportunity to join us as a full-time Sales Executive

What You’ll Do (During Training):

• Understand the basics of B2B sales and client outreach
• Research and identify potential clients and industry segments
• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches
• Shadow experienced team members in live meetings and calls
• Learn about CRM tools, sales funnels, and outreach strategies
• Receive hands-on training in prospecting, qualifying leads, and pitching

What Happens After Training:

• High-performing trainees will be offered a 6-month Sales Intern position
• Upon successful completion, you’ll have the opportunity to join us as a full-time Sales Executive

Who You Are:

• A woman with 3 months to 1 year of experience, passionate about building a career in B2B sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn
• Comfortable with digital tools and professional communication
• Based in Chennai or open to relocation
