Sales Trainee

You will be joining Andreal, a Kolkata-based creative agency that specializes in graphic design, brand identity, and content solutions. As a Sales and Marketing Trainee, your primary responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to potential clients and leads - Explaining the company's services clearly and effectively - Scheduling appointments for meetings with the business development/sales team - Maintaining and updating customer databases (CRM) regularly - Following up with leads and handling queries promptly - Providing support in promotional campaigns and client outreach - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding To excel in this role, you should have: - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service will be an added advantage Candidates with a minimum qualification of High School Diploma or equivalent are preferred for this position.,
