Job Description

As an experienced professional with a Master's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, you will be responsible for managing institutional sales trading activities. Your main responsibilities will involve: - **Client Relationship Management:** - Building and managing relationships with institutional clients such as Domestic MFs, HFs, AMCs, pension funds, PSU/private banks, asset managers, and other large investors. - Acting as the key contact person to provide personalized advice, share firm research, investment ideas, and market strategies. - Providing timely market insights, trading ideas, and updates on market trends. - **Trading:** - Monitoring and managing client trading activities to ensure accurate and timely execution of orders. - Advising clients on market liquidity, trade strategies, and optimal pricing. - Leveraging market knowledge to identify and execute profitable trading opportunities for clients. - **Risk Management & Compliance:** - Ensuring that all trading activities comply with internal risk management protocols and regulatory requirements. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant market regulations, compliance standards, and best practices. - **Business Development:** - Identifying and cultivating new institutional client relationships. - Driving new sales opportunities within the institutional segment to expand the firm's market presence. - Sourcing and executing block trades to meet client needs and enhance liquidity solutions. - **Collaboration:** - Partnering with the sales team to grow the institutional client base and revenue streams. - Working closely with internal trading desks, research teams, and other departments to deliver excellent client service. - Providing actionable feedback on client needs, product offerings, and market conditions to internal stakeholders. - Contributing to the development and enhancement of in-house trading algorithms to improve execution efficiency and strategy performance. As a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional sales trading, preferably at a broking firm or investment bank, you will play a crucial role in the success of the firm by effectively managing client relationships, executing trades, ensuring compliance, driving business development, and collaborating with various teams within the organization to deliver exceptional service.,
