Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Manager based in Kochi. The Sales Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales goals, developing strategies for sales, training team members, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves regular assessment of sales performance and implementing methods for improvement.

Qualifications

Team Management or inside sales experience
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales skills and experience in developing sales strategies
Ability to motivate a team and achieve sales targets
Good organizational and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Previous experience in a Team Manager role is preferred.
