Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader (TL) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a leadership role within sales or telecalling, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving performance. In this role, you will also be responsible for guiding student counseling and admission processes for Top Crew Aviation, an aviation training institute for pilots and cabin crew.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales counselors

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and oversee team performance

- Generate leads and follow up on existing leads

- Provide training and support to team members on products and services

- Implement effective counseling strategies for students regarding aviation training programs

- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets as a team

Requirements:

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a leadership role in sales or telecalling

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

- Ability to work independently and foster a collaborative team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
