Key Requirements

Minimum 15-20 years sales experience, B2B/B2C preferred
Proven track record managing junior/fresher level teams
Should be a smart decision maker who can identify and address non-performance quickly
Process oriented person who can set systems and follow structured workflows
Good motivator who can motivate and inspire young energetic team
Aggressive but fair approach achieving targets

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle team of young HR analysts, recruiters, account managers
Train, mentor, and retain young talent
Maintain a positive, high performing work culture - keep the team motivated and working hard
Establish proper processes and ensure they are adhered so everyone knows what to do
Meet targets and make sure team also meets their targets

This is US timing job - 7PM to 4AM IST, Monday to Friday
