Sales Team Leader - Equity

Core responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team: Oversee day-to-day activities, set daily goals, and provide ongoing guidance and support to sales representatives.
• Develop strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies and plans to expand the customer base and achieve company objectives.
• Set targets: Establish and track sales targets for the team and individual members to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Coach and mentor: Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to help team members improve their skills and performance.
• Analyze performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide feedback to improve sales tactics and outcomes.
• Foster relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate: Work with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and alignment with business goals.

• Excellent organizational and resource management abilities.

• Often requires a bachelor's or associate's degree in a related field, though experience can sometimes substitute for formal education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,560.08 - ₹46,317.32 per month
