We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to recruit, manage, and drive a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve BIG results! 🔑 Your Key Responsibilities : ✅ Recruit & manage a team of 10+ Field Sales Executives (FSEs) ✅ Ensure FSEs complete Onboarding, Bank Transfers & Card Activations ✅ Lead daily team meetings and set clear goals ✅ Regularly follow up to ensure DRR (Daily Run Rate) goals are met ✅ Hit individual and team sales targets consistently ✅ Be the motivational force behind your team’s success! 💼 What We’re Looking For : ✔ Prior experience as a Sales Team Leader in fintech (e.g. PhonePe, GooglePay) ✔ Strong team management & communication skills ✔ High energy, ownership, and results-driven mindset.
