Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 and very attractive incentives.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor the sales team to hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Own and optimize the sales funnel—from inquiry to conversion.
• Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Conduct strategic consultations with students/parents when needed.
• Track KPIs, CRM data, and performance reports for the leadership team.
• Foster a high-energy, goal-oriented team culture.

🎯 What You Bring:

• 2–5 years in sales (education/edtech preferred).
• Team leadership experience is a plus.
• Great communication, persuasion & people skills.
• CRM and data-savvy. Result-driven and adaptable.
• Passionate about education and student success.
