Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned cluster to achieve business targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify business opportunities

Team Management

  • Drive productivity and build capability within the team

Business Development

  • Expand market presence by identifying and penetrating new markets
  • Strengthen channel partnerships and distribution networks

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and channel partners
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track sales metrics and KPIs; ensure achievement of revenue and profitability goals
  • Provide periodic reports and insights to senior leadership

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing frameworks, and compliance standards
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasting, and inventory planning in coordination with other departments
