Key responsibilities include growing distribution and market share in the assigned area, deploying QR & Soundbox extensively, recruiting and managing the sales team, coaching and mentoring team members, planning market size and geographies, ensuring effective communication of plans/targets, monitoring quality parameters, validating sales audits, and maintaining team presence in the market.
