Job Description

Sales support specialist is an iterative process across the sales stages (1-7) of providing the sales, bid and Capgemini client teams with the resources they need during the sales process. These resources may include content support (customized and standard), references, tools, market information and knowledge support to effectively sell your product or service to customers and deliver high quality proposal responses (proactive and reactive). Some of the roles that include as a part of this category are Proposal Support, Knowledge Managers, Market and Business intelligenceSales support specialist ensure Proposal Quality delivered to the customer, help with industrialization of knowledge management for faster turnaround on content, provide business and market insights which includes competition insights, industry insights, stakeholder profiling - Grade Specific Responsible to provide standard and relevant client deliverable content 10 75 ME EurosUSDBring best content into proposals through administration of knowledge, content management document management. Ensure customized outcomes and market watch reports from analyst as required by the sales and bid manager for strategic inputs towards the bid or sales conversations.
