𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 – 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲:
To support insurance agents by managing client inquiries, preparing quotes, handling renewals, following up on documentation, and maintaining policy records.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Prepare and process quotes for auto, home, commercial, or life policies
• Follow up with clients for documents, signatures, and renewals
• Update CRM/agency management systems (AMS360, Applied Epic, etc.)
• Support agents with underwriting submissions
• Handle inbound calls and qualify prospects
• Assist with policy changes, endorsements, and billing clarification
𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
• Strong understanding of insurance terminology
• Experience with AMS tools preferred
• Great documentation accuracy
• Customer service and policy-handling background
