The Sales Support role is a key position where you will be responsible for various tasks related to supporting the sales team. As a Sales Support member, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of quotations for clients. Accuracy and timeliness in creating and managing quotations will be essential aspects of your role. - Identify new business opportunities that align with sales targets. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals effectively. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes. - Timely follow-up with customers and internal teams for the success of the sales support function. - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like quotation hit rate, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. - Provide regular feedback and insights to improve sales performance. - Manage sales data, ensuring its accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. This role requires a graduate qualification and at least 1 year of work experience. The salary range for this position is between 12k to 19k. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Relocation or commuting to Bhopal is required for this role.
