*Assist in preparing and reviewing commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents. * Coordinate with clients for approvals, documentation, and follow-ups on commercial matters. * Maintain and track agreements, contracts, and renewals with clients. * Support billing processes * Liaise with internal departments (finance, operations, HR) to streamline communication and reporting. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs). * Handle customer queries and ensure timely response and resolution. * Coordinate with the operations team for service delivery updates and escalations. * Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards as required.
