Sales Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, presenting products/services, and closing sales to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations, quotations, and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,710.93 - ₹33,858.17 per month
