Job Title: Appointment Setter (Sales Support) Location: New Delhi (onsite/remote/hybrid) Employment Type: full time Department: Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter (Sales Support) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing potential clients, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and following up to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is crucial in building strong relationships with potential customers and driving overall sales success. Key Responsibilities: • Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to assess their needs and determine their interest in our products/services. • Qualify leads by gathering essential information and ensuring they meet the criteria for our offerings. • Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking. • Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up to confirm appointments or reschedule when necessary. • Communicate effectively with the sales team to provide relevant information about the scheduled appointments. • Follow up with prospects after initial contact to nurture relationships and encourage conversions. • Handle objections and provide basic information about the company’s products/services to address client concerns. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies and appointment-setting processes. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Requirements: • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Support Representative, or in a similar role. • Freshers who have good communication skills can also apply for the job. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Ability to assess client needs and handle objections professionally. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. • Goal-driven and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
