Sales Support Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling:

  Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products/services, explain offerings, and promote sales.

• Lead Generation:

  Actively seek new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads through phone conversations.

• Customer Queries:

  Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Product Knowledge

  : Develop a strong understanding of the companys products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and value to customers.

• Database Management:

  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

• Sales Goals:

  Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Relationship Building:

  Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and understanding their needs.

• Follow-Up:

  Ensure effective follow-up on sales leads and previous interactions to drive conversions.

• Customer Retention:

  Ensure strategy and efforts used by sales representatives to keep existing customers engaged and loyal to the business over time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferably in a similar industry).
• Comfortable with cold calling and speaking with customers.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanour.
• Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Goal-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
