Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of B2B sales professionals to consistently meet and exceed team goals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales environment.
• Data Management: Oversee the development and strategic expansion of the database within assigned verticals, ensuring the team efficiently utilizes data to target high-potential prospects.
• Client Relationships: Guide the team in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, ensuring they receive continuous support and value.
• Product Updates: Ensure the team keeps clients informed about Global Sources' latest product offerings, helping drive engagement and maximize interest across key accounts.
• Prospect Identification: Coordinate efforts within the team to proactively identify, evaluate, and approach new prospects within the assigned database.
• Payment Collection: Manage the teams workflow to ensure timely payment collection, and ensure that all client materials are received on schedule.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with Sales Administrators and the PSC team, ensuring smooth coordination for contract inputs and timely upload of client materials.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and team performance in CRM systems, reviewing prospect communications and deal progress regularly.
• Market Research: Lead the team in staying up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, identifying new growth opportunities for the team to explore.
• Collaboration: Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and other departments to align team strategies with company objectives, ensuring a unified approach to achieving sales goals.
• Customer Feedback: Implement processes to collect and analyze customer feedback, using it to refine the team's sales approach and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with Indian councils, associations, and other key stakeholders, encouraging the team to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities that will generate new leads.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years overall, with a minimum of 3 years in team management.
• Stability: Proven stability in previous roles.
• Preferred Background: B2B Sales, Media Sales, Exhibitions, or Event Sales.
• Skills:

- Demonstrates exceptional leadership and team management skills, fostering collaboration and achieving goals.

- Excels in communication, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations.

- Highly proficient in utilizing CRM tools and sales tracking systems to drive efficiency and results.

• Network Building: Ability to establish partnerships with industry councils and associations; existing connections are a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
