Creating Strategies and achieving set sales targets on a monthly basis for Online, Print & Exhibition sales for assigned database. • Communicating with clients over phone/e-mail/live chat in various industry segments in the data/categories assigned to you. • Building up of the more database in the assigned verticals. Relationship Management of assigned accounts and Ongoing Service to the clients. • Updating the clients on all Global Sources product offerings on a regular basis. • Identifying new prospects within the assigned database. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, prospect interactions, and deal progress in the Excel/CRM system. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business growth. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to coordinate efforts, share insights, and achieve common sales goals. Customer Feedback: Gather and provide customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements Proven Experience: Minimum 1 year of successful telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in an international market and in B2B sales.
