Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff member located in Tiruppur. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include sales calls, client meetings, product demonstrations, and handling customer inquiries. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and participate in sales planning activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Strong market research and analysis skills to identify sales opportunities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of packaging products and services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Tiruppur region is beneficial
