Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Staff member. The role is based in Idukki, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Staff will be responsible for managing customer relations, identifying sales opportunities, and executing strategic sales plans. Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients, conducting product presentations, coordinating with the sales team, maintaining records, and achieving sales targets.

• Strong sales skills and ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to conduct product presentations and demonstrate product knowledge effectively
• Experience in managing records and coordinating with sales teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using sales management software and tools
