Description
As a Sales Support Specialist at Hitachi Energy's Indian Operation Center in India (INOPC), you will play a key role in developing a global value chain to optimize value for customers across markets. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Switzerland Demand side Team throughout the Sales Process by creating value-added proposals, handling technical and financial aspects of bids, and ensuring compliance with regulations. - Write value-added proposals for mainstream transformers and ensure inclusion in current tools. - Manage all technical, financial, and management aspects of bids, estimates, and proposals. - Identify potential risks in bids and assist in reviewing legal aspects such as Terms and Conditions of Sales. - Participate in Risk Reviews, internal negotiations, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. - Present proposed solutions to the Sales Team, ensuring SOX compliance. - Support negotiation and clarification during the bidding process and maintain positive customer relationships. - Ensure cross-collaboration within the Sales/WCFE team and promote collaboration with HUB BU. - Track proposal status, follow up with customers, and act as a call center for clarifications. - Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years experience in Transformer Sales. - Knowledge of Transformer/Power Substation and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organization and time management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerBI) and Sales force/CRM. - Proven interpersonal abilities with various stakeholders and proficiency in spoken and written English language.
