Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Sales Specialist, located in Rajkot. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and training sales staff. Daily tasks include generating leads, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and conducting market research to identify sales opportunities. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and managing sales operations.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
Experience in Training sales staff
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Knowledge of the PU Foam industry is a plus
