Company Description- @seasons candle making Company Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for a range of tasks including communicating with potential and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include training new team members, managing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Specialist will work closely with the sales management team to develop and implement effective sales plans. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training new team members Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment Relevant experience in sales roles Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
