Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Kolkata. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities, including meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions tailored to their requirements. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing training to new sales staff and managing sales operations effectively to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide Training and support to team members
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
