Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. The role involves actively promoting and selling insurance products, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will participate in training programs and support sales management activities to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive performance and meet targets Ability to conduct Training related to product knowledge, sales techniques, and client engagement Proficiency in identifying client needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions Degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field is preferred Proven track record in meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships
