Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist in Loans, located in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, and training new staff. They will also develop sales strategies and manage sales operations to ensure targets are met.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training and mentoring staff
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in the financial sector is a plus
