Sales Specialist - Freelance/Remote

We’re seeking a driven Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and cold calling to demoing and closing. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective learners, articulating our value proposition and guiding them through enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting:

  Conduct 50–70 targeted calls per day to qualified leads.

• Lead Qualification:

  Assess pain points, learning goals, and budget to determine fit.

• Product Demonstrations:

  Deliver clear, consultative demos (via Zoom) highlighting course outcomes.

• Closing Deals:

  Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and secure enrollments to meet or exceed monthly targets.

• Pipeline Management:

  Maintain accurate CRM records/Google Sheets—track call notes, follow-ups, and deal stages.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with marketing to refine lead lists and with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding.

• Reporting:

  Provide weekly updates on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and feedback for curriculum improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience:

  2–4 years in B2C or B2B sales; Ed-Tech or online education experience highly preferred.

• Communication:

  Exceptional verbal and written skills in English.

• Sales Acumen:

  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote environment.

• Tech-Savvy:

  Comfortable using CRM tools, video-conferencing platforms, and online sales collateral.

• Self-Motivation:

  Able to structure your day, manage pipelines, and drive results with minimal supervision.

• Empathy & Persuasion:

  Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
