Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Specialist, based on-site in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities including identifying and acquiring new clients, managing customer relationship, and following up on leads. The role involves liaising with potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will also be responsible for training and managing the sales team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales skills and experience in Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for sales team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
