Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. The role involves training new sales team members and managing sales operations to meet targets. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies for reaching potential customers and property owners.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to train and mentor new team members
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with the real estate or property management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
