Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, managing relationships with existing clients, providing training on product usage, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers via phone, email, and social media, providing excellent customer service, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing sales pipelines. The role requires a proactive and strategic approach to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Training and product demonstration
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the audio technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
