Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks will include conducting sales calls, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities. The role will also involve providing client training and support while collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to plan, execute, and track sales strategies, meet targets, and drive growth.
• Experience in delivering Training to clients or team members, ensuring clarity in product usage and support.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to effectively manage multiple accounts and resolve client concerns.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and time management.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data analysis is a plus.
• Previous sales experience, especially in the tech industry, is preferred.
